4TH ICA INTERNATIONAL POSTER COMPETITION
the international colored Gemstone association (ICA) will host the 4th ICA
International Poster competition at its next congress, which will be hell
in Dubai between April 28 and May 2, 2007. It will also be the first time
the congress will be held in the Gulf region. All entries for the competition
will be exhibited at the ICA congress in Dubai and will be used by the association
in its publication to promote coloured gem-stones worldwide.

Each designer may submit up to three different poster designs and prizes will
be warded to the top three winners at the congress gala dinner.
